The U.S. Consulate General in Cape Town is soliciting qualified vendors for the removal, recoring, and reinstallation of the radiator for a Perkins 1250kva 4012 generator. Interested vendors must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience with generators rated at 1MW or greater, and submit proof of completing at least three similar projects in the past five years.
All interested parties must thoroughly review the attached RFQ and complete all required documentation, including: NDAA Certificate for Vendor Compliance (complete and tick relevant sections) EO 14173 Compliance Certification Company Profile Detailed Quote and Execution Schedule Technician Trade Certificates Three Contactable References A mandatory site visit will take place on May 6, 2025, and vendors must confirm attendance by April 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Quotes must be submitted in full compliance with the RFQ instructions. Incomplete submissions will be considered technically unacceptable.
