Please provide us office layout plan-dimensional drawing and material requirement list for bidding for this RFQ Answer: A blank floor layout provided, and the material requirements are all mentioned in the SOW. 2. Please send us the as-built drawings for the 29 workstations with dimensions.

Answer: We cannot provide this as this is not needed in designing a new space for the required number of workstations as mentioned in the SOW. 3. What are the specific requirements for the design reconfiguration proposal?

Answer: All the specific requirements to design the workstations and the space are provided in the SOW. 4. Is there any type of information regarding access to buildings, like ramps, parking zones, elevators and such?

Answer: We will arrange access for the vendor for the delivery and installation of the furniture once the final schedule is set with the end user. 5. How many crew members are allowed to perform work inside the facilities?

Answer: The vendor will determine the number of staff needed for the installation to be completed within the set timeframe. 6. Please send Room size/layout plan specially door entrance location/locations (if more than ONE door) for designing purpose of these 29 workstations.

Answer: The layout is provided with the SOW. 7. How many persons workstation is required together as minimum in one cluster, two or four?

Answer: The layout is provided with the SOW. It is the prerogative of the designer to determine how to assign the space and maximize the layout with the number of workstations required.
