Transportation services for U.S. Embassy Lisbon employees

The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon, Portugal, intends to issue a solicitation (RFQ-Request for Quotation) for official transportation services for employees (OFFICIAL BUSINESS USE ONLY). The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, vehicles, drivers, communication equipment, all running expenses (i.e., fuel, oil, etc.) including all servicing and insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract.

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. This solicitation will be issued via e-mail to prospective offerors based on their written request to LisbonProcure@state.gov. Only contractors specializing in this field of work should apply for a solicitation package.

Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date.The firm date will be determined in the solicitation document. Please be advised that firms need to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov before the contract is awarded.
