You are encouraged to submit your bids on or before: November 15, 2025. The vendors dealing in similar trade are encouraged to participate in this Solicitation. The Bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller of the requested product(s) and will share the related documents along with the quote. The Bidder should have valid registration with SAM along with UEI number. The repack or refurbished items will not be accepted and returned to the contractor.
