The solicitation is for Semi Annual Preventive Maintenance Services for Facility’s (Ansul R-102 Fire Suppression System) U.S. Embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan. This contract is for base and four one option year period. All qualified responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal for consideration.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price contract. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
