Health insurance services for Locally Engaged Staff (LES) at US Mission in Pakistan.

The Embassy of the United States of America invites proposals for locally employed staff health insurance coverage contract for U.S. Embassy, Islamabad and Consulates (Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar). Contract will be for base plus four option years starting from January 01, 2025. We encourage prospective offerors to submit off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation.

The U.S. Government plans to award a contract to the responsible company offering an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. Contracts or purchase orders will be awarded based on initial proposals without holding discussions, though discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
