GARDENING SERVICES - U.S. Embassy Wellington

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Wellington, New Zealand will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation is for garden and grounds maintenance services. The contractor is required to perform gardening services in all designated spaces, as per the detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when the full solicitation is published.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the U.S. Government. The Government is planning a pre-quotation site visit, the date for this will be in the solicitation. The U.S. Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed priced type of contract.
