The Embassy has organized a mandatory site visit on June 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

The pricing Schedule on page 9 The U.S. Government intends to award a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal, with the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
