Residential Painting Services

The US Consulate General in Hermosillo requires residential interior painting services for leased residences in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, supervision, labor, tools, equipment and qualified workforce to perform the contract requirements in accordance with the statement of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with (1) one-year options to renew.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. resultant contract will be an award with firm-fixed rates. The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit, the date is in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy.
