NCC Janitorial Services

The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo is requiring a Contractor to provide janitorial services to include daily and periodic cleaning of the New Consulate Compound buildings located in Hermosillo, Mexico. The Total area for cleaning is approximately 12,910 square meters. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes. The anticipated performance period is for one-year.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm-fixed rates.

The Government is planning a Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit on January 13 2024 All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
