Mexico City, Event Venue Rental – May 2026

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a venue for an event in the area of Reforma for May 2026. The anticipated performance period is from 11 to 14 of May 2026, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
