MEX-GYM ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SERVICE (S)

SOLICITATION The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional vendor to provide Gym Membership Service in Mexico City, Mexico, which includes maintenance fee and access to a gym (multiple gym access) in Mexico City, Mexico, for 21 attendees with a period of coverage of 12 months.

The selected vendor will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary service, equipment and facilities access as described in the RFQ document, including obtaining any local government permits and licenses to provide the required service, taking into consideration RSO security standards that will be mentioned in the RFQ document.

Offerors will be responsible for presenting an offer that considers elements listed below and, if any discrepancy is identified, the offeror will be responsible to flag it on in the proposal. All vendors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them.

Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments. Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them. Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.

The offeror shall provide proof of SAM registration (active) and include the SAM UEID number. Quotation must be valid for at least 30 days (after due date of the announcement). The offeror shall provide: Gym brochure. List of gym locations in Mexico City (including addresses and phone numbers). All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 (https://www.sam.gov).
