Rent of Tents event in Mexico City June 27

There will be an event on June 27th, 2024 from 17 to 23 hrs. To ensure the security of the attendees, the equipment needed for the production, and the whole event, it is needed to cover all the areas with tents. The selected Contractor its responsible to deliver, assembling, installing, produce, develop, organize, and take care of the logistic for Tents in the designated Residence considering upper and lower garden areas.

All modules should include straight ceiling, indirect lighting and side walls and should be white. A site visit will be hosted on February 7th, 2024. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Offeror shall provide complete information of the item(s) being quoted in conformance with the requirements stated in the scope of work, such as descriptive literature, owner’s manual, maintenance procedures, technical datasheets, as applicable. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work.
