Janitorial Services for the U.S. Consulate General in Matamoros

The U.S. Consulate General Matamoros seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services, including all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and insurance. The contract is fixed-price per month for routine services, with an additional fixed rate per square meter for temporary or extra services. Work will begin approximately ten days after contract award and submission of required insurance certificates, unless an earlier start is agreed upon.

Temporary/additional services are on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) basis, with a minimum order of 25 square meters and a maximum of 2,000 square meters per year (including each option period). The contract performance period is 12 months, with four one-year renewal options. The initial period includes any authorized transition period.
