Sport Utility Vehicle for US Consulate General Guadalajara

The US Consulate General in Guadalara is solicitating one Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) of American brand. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully review the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) document. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable.

We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by August 29, 2024, at 12:00 CST. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Questions will be accepted until August 20, 2024, at 12:00 CST, questions will not be accepted after this time. All questions must be sent via email.
