The purpose of this modification is to exercise Clause FAR 52-217.8 – Option to Extend Services (Nov 1999) of the contract from January 1 through June 30, 2025 in accordance to Addendum To Contract Clauses in Section 2 of contract, All other terms and conditions of the basic contract remain unchanged.
