Project Management Training

The objective of this contract is to obtain the services of a qualified contract instructor who will deliver Project Management Training. The training will occur in fall of 2024. The course will last for 5 days and be delivered in person, with a maximum of six hours of instruction per day for no more than 20 employees. A maximum of two days should focus on project management theory, including the Department of State project cycle.

Three days or more should focus on an interactive example, where participants apply project management concepts on a sample project. The medium of delivery is in person, and the language of delivery is English. More details are provided in the attached solicitation document.
