TITLE: Request for Quotations (RFQ)

Number: 19MD7025Q0007 – Repaving of damaged asphalt pavement at various areas of the compound interior parking area for US Embassy – Chisinau Republic of Moldova, 2025. TEXT: The Embassy of the United States of America in Chisinau is soliciting quotations for repaving of damaged asphalt pavement at various areas of the compound interior parking area for US Embassy – Chisinau Republic of Moldova .

Proposals are due on or before 17:00 Chisinau time on September 5th , 2025. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered. Please see the Attached Solicitation and SF-1442 (pdf) for additional details and proposal submittal instructions. The Embassy has established a site visit on August 26th , 2025, at 11:00 hours (local time), at 103 Alexei Mateevici str, MD-2009 Chisinau.

Offerors should send the names of participants to Mr. Serghei Josu by e-mail at JosuSI@state.gov to make appropriate arrangements no later than 17:00 hours on August 25th , 2025. The Government will allow access to two (2) individuals to represent each company at the site visit. Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-1442 to the address shown in Section J of the SF-1442 by September 5th , 2025 at 17:00PM.

Your quotation can also be submitted electronically to ChisinauProcurementBids@state.gov. Oral quotations will not be accepted. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.

At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law; Must provide DUNS number and be registered in SAM
