Landline and PRI phone services 01/01/2025 -31/12/2025

Landline Service for the Embassy Compound and Residences The Embassy of the United States of America in Rabat has a requirement for Embassy compound and residential analog landline service located throughout Rabat and in the following neighborhoods: • Agdal • Hay Ryad • Hasan • Temara • Ain Aouda • Harhoura • El Menzeh The number of landlines is approximately 150. The landline service should not be internet-based. The requested landline service should be copper-wire landlines.

The Landlines located at the US Embassy compound must keep the same numbers. This requirement is only for landline service and does not include internet service. The use of subcontractors is permitted. Primary Rate Interface (PRI) U.S. Embassy Rabat has a requirement for 4 Primary Rate Interface (PRI) lines (ISDN Primary access) at the U.S. Embassy Compound. The four PRIs will offer a total of 800 consecutive Direct Inward Dialing (Sélection Directe A l'arrivée SDA).

The Actual 800 Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers should remain the same. The use of or association with sub-contractors to provide the requested services(s) is prohibited. PRI support can be provided by copper or fiber The bidder must submit an offer including the 2 services detailed above for a period starting January 1 2025, through December 31, 2025.
