Solicitation 19LA9025Q0005: Request for Quotation for CCTV System Services for U.S. Embassy Vientiane The U.S. Embassy Vientiane, Lao P.D.R., is seeking a contractor to provide CCTV System Services. You are invited to submit a quotation. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections: Standard Form SF-18 Basic information and specifications.

Certification regarding compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws A site visit will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Thapalanxay Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane, Laos.

Any interested vendor must attend this site visit and is required to submit all necessary security access information no later than May 5, 2025. For security access, please provide a copy of the ID card for each participant who will attend the site visit via email at VientianeProcurement@state.gov or call +856 21 487262. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. This requirement applies to all acquisitions for overseas vendors that are greater than $30,000. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation to:

You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. The RFQ does not commit the American Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. Please read the RFQ carefully and, if you are interested, submit your quotation. Return the completed SF-18 to the address shown in block 5a of the SF-18 before 11:59PM, Local time (Laos): on May 15th, 2025.
