Questions and Answers 19KU2024Q0002 - Rental / Lease Vehicles

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Lease/rental of 2 medium size sedan for one year period with one-year option to extend, subject to funds availability. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

Mandatory Replacement: The two vehicles MUST be replaced on a quarterly basis, with at least 2023 model, excellent working condition/road worthy vehicles, different colors and plate numbers, without any increase of the fixed monthly lease charges. This option is mandatory, therefore, for any offeror who won’t be able to provide this option, their proposal will be considered technically not acceptable.
