Award - 19KU2024C0008 - USAGM - Refurbishment of the National Guardhouse

The American Embassy – Kuwait has completed its evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to the RFQ 19KU2024Q0012 - USAGM - Refurbishment of the National Guardhouse.

In accordance with FAR 15.306(a)(3), award will be made without discussions and is being made in accordance with Section K of the solicitation, which states that an award would be made resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The awardee is AQ Global for General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. for total amount of KWD 7,811.25 ($ 25,553.85 USD).

This price includes all labor, materials, all insurances, overhead, and profit. The award covers USAGM - Refurbishment of the National Guardhouse including furnishing all labor, materials, insurances, equipment, and services required under this contract for the firm fixed price and within the time specified.
