Guatemala - PNC Barracks Handrails & Guardrails

The U.S. Embassy requires the services of a general contractor, herein referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services on selected site upgrades and safety fall protection coordinating the installation of guardrails and handrails to the PNC Barracks. The work shall include the surveying of the site as-built conditions, documentation, and specifications per the below project’s stated objectives and requirements.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other related items and activities required to complete the project. The PNC Barracks, located at 23 Calle 04-44, Zone 16, Colonia Kanajuyu, in the capital of Guatemala City, Guatemala. All onsite inspections shall be requested and coordinated through the U.S. Embassy’s Facility Manager (FM) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
