This is a request for Architect & Engineer qualification package only. No solicitation package will be issued in this phase. The U.S. Embassy in Athens, Greece, is seeking firms capable of performing Architectural & Engineering Services related to the acquisition of a residence in Thessaloniki, Greece. These services include but are not limited to review of background documents, building inspections, production of make-ready scopes and cost estimates, design services, and construction inspections.
Firms responding to this announcement will be considered for selection using the following evaluation criteria: Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm in the type of work required; Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules, cost/schedule controls and program/project management techniques.
Although previous or ongoing performance of a similar U.S. Government contract is not required for firms responding to this solicitation, if such contracts have been performed, the offeror must have performed at a satisfactory level; and Personnel capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project.
Selection Procedures: The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firm that demonstrates the best qualifications. Replies to this advertisement with a completed Standard Form 330 (attached), must be sent electronically to AthensOffers@state.gov not later than 12.00 pm (Athens local time) on May 19, 2025. Submittals received after the date and time will not be considered.
