Janitorial Services for the American Consulate General in Hamburg, Germany

The Regional Procurement Support Office at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Janitorial Services for the American Consulate General in Hamburg, Germany The solicitation may result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one Base and four Option Years in the third quarter of calendar year 2024. The requirement is to provide window/ glass cleaning, underground parking cleaning services and janitorial services as well as special carpet cleaning services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the American Consulate General in Hamburg.

The Solicitation is planned to be issued in August 2024. The solicitation package/ documents shall not be placed on www.SAM.gov as the document contains SBU information. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/ documents when available.

Companies interested in the solicitation should express their interest by written correspondence, no later than August 4th, 2024, at the following email address (DyaneA@state.gov) and SHALL include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone, Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the Firm.
