Winfield House Lighting Installation, US Embassy London, UK The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Construction type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2024. The successful contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the contract within the established timeframe.

The U.S. Government seeks a contractor to deliver garden lighting, driveway lighting and patio lighting installations at the U.S. government’s culturally significant residence of Windfield House, Regent’s Park, London, England. Winfield house ground stretch for over 12 acres and is the second largest private garden in London.

The project will require over 2500 meters of trenching, supply and installation of 55 lighting units, supply, installation and commissioning of lighting circuits to that of the planning approved design, returning ground works to pre-installation conditions. and removing of all unwanted construction material.

The successful bidder within the cost of the contract will need to manage and work with Local Council planning and environmental approval services, Crown estates and Cultural Heritage to deliver the scope of this project, with the ground works starting no later than February 1st 2025. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.

Bonding: The successful contractor will be required to provide the government with surety in the form of Irrevocable Letters of Credits, or other acceptable security IAW FAR 52.228-15, totaling 20% of the value of the contract.
