Internet Connection via Satellite for The U.S. Embassy Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to:

A. Provide Questions and Answers and the Specs of the current dish (See attachment 7 and 8) B. Update the SLA availability from 99.9% to 99.5%, clarify the submittal of the Report Bandwidth Utilization that shall be submitted twice a week and update the evaluation criteria (Changes are marked in red). Offerors shall dispose of Section 1, Sub-Section IV, Section 1, Sub-Section V and Section 4 in the solicitation originally provided and replace it with the one hereto attached. C. Extend the proposals submission deadline until no later than 1300hrs Central European Summer Time (CEST) on September 3, 2024. D. All offerors shall submit a signed copy of this amendment with their proposal.
