The American Consulate General, Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE U.S. EMBASSY CANBERRA, AUSTRALIA The solicitation may result in the award of one (1) firm-fixed-price Requirements type service contract in the second quarter of calendar year 2024. It is anticipated that the contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years.

The successful contractor shall provide local travel management services to the U.S Embassy Canberra, U.S. Consulate General Sydney, U.S. Consulate General Melbourne and U.S. Consulate General Perth, and overseas travel management services to U.S. Embassy Wellington, New Zealand, U.S. Embassy Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, U.S. Embassy Suva, Fiji and U.S. Embassy Apia, Samoa and any US Government future locations.

Corporate travel services shall be provided for official domestic and international travel of Government employees and their dependents. The corporate travel services that the Contractor shall provide include:

• Travel reservations, issuance, and delivery of tickets for air, advance seat assignments, if the carrier provides advance seats at no additional charge and advance boarding passes where available. • Air reservations must use a computer reservations system which interfaces with a Global Distribution System (GDS). This reservation system must securely store passenger data such as frequent flyer information.

The Contractor must be able to also issue "Ticket-less" reservations on low-cost carriers which may use "hybrid" reservations (using e-ticketing in addition to ticket-less to accommodate codeshares and interlines). • Reservations for lodging accommodations; • Commercial automobile rental services; • Provide current advice on entry/transit requirements; • Detailed travelers' itineraries and invoices (invoices are to be provided in the currency they were charged); • Management information and billing reports derived from the booking database; • Automated reconciliation of travel charges incurred trough the Government’s CBA accounts.

Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English. The solicitation document will be posted on SAM.gov as soon as it becomes available. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being fulfilled utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Competition is full and open.
