Frankfurt, Germany - Maintenance Services on the Fire Pump and Fire Sprinkler System

The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Maintenance of Fire Pump and Sprinkler System, U.S. Embassy Frankfurt, Germany The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and four Option Years.

The U.S. Embassy in Frankfurt, Germany requires professional maintenance services to furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish all work required in the solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance services on the fire pump and fire sprinkler system and exhaust hood fire protection systems (ANSUL) as required by the NFPA 25 standard.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
