The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit your offer for CISCO Firepower Threat Defense (Brand Name or Equal), on behalf of the U.S. Embassy Nairobi, Kenya. Offers shall be submitted as soon as possible but not later than 1600 hrs Central European Time (CET) on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 via email to Sarah Pfannkuche at PfannkucheS@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov.
The email subject line must read “Solicitation 19GE5024Q0049”. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted.
NOTE: No offers will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. Please note: All communication and the award documents shall be in English. Please do NOT contact the Embassy directly regarding this project.
Please submit your offer in accordance with the instructions set forth in the solicitation. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). Solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. The Vendor Shall submit Form W-14 if applicable.
The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in solicitation and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
Interested parties may submit any questions concerning the solicitation as soon as possible but not later than 1100 hrs Central European Time (CET) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 via email to Sarah Pfannkuche at PfannkucheS@state.gov and FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. The email subject line must read “Solicitation 19GE5024Q0049”.
