Internet Services DTSPO 20MB RFQ FY24

The Embassy is looking for a local ISP that provides a symmetrical internet connection (20Mbps) on Fiber, allowing upload and download data transfers simultaneously at the same speed, and a minimum of four public internet routable addresses from their IP table. This requires a masking block from subnet of /29. It shall not be filtered or blocked for any IPSEC ports or protocols. The service must be provided at the Chancery termination point.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
