CCTV Project F Y 24

The U.S. Embassy in Libreville has a requirement for the supply of Digital Closed-Circuit Television Surveillance System equipment. Please note that this is a this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. Offers are due by Monday August 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., local time. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time (In pdf and Microsoft Excel formats). The file size must not exceed 30MB.

If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
