Positioning Strategy and Digital Content for SaborUSA Chile brand

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Santiago Chile will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. This solicitation is for Positioning Strategy and Digital Content for SaborUSA Chile brand in Santiago, Chile. The anticipated performance period ideally is for one year, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
