Gardening and external grounds maintenance services for the U.S. Consulate Sao Paulo

The Consulate of the United States in Sao Paulo, Brazil is soliciting for a company for gardening and external grounds maintenance services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services. The anticipated performance period is for one year. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visit and the date for this conference is July 28, 2025. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
