Transportation Services

Transportation services of government owned furniture, appliances, goods and equipment from and to the American Embassy Warehouse (WHSE), 1190 Wien and various government-owned and leased residences and offices and locations in the greater Vienna area. The Contractor performs all services under the direct supervision and instructions of the American Embassy Warehouse staff. The Contractor shall provide a qualified work force capable of providing the services specified in this contract.

The Contractor shall ensure that all work meets a standard of performance acceptable to the Tri-Missions Vienna. The services will be provided in the furnishing and make-ready of residences, moving of items for offices and assistance to set up and move items for official events. Upon request within 5 working days, the vendor provides: German and/or English-speaking worker(s), trained and capable of moving and lifting heavy equipment and furniture. Worker(s) shall have a security clearance from the Regional Security Office (RSO)
