The Bureau of Medical Services (MED) is seeking information on a dermatology-specific virtual reference solution to support embassy clinicians serving global populations. The solution must include a differential diagnosis builder with comprehensive clinical image libraries spanning all ages and skin tones, country/region-specific infectious disease breakdowns, and continuing medical education (CME) credits via single sign-on (SSO) access.
It must also provide on-demand web-based training, administrative tracking, clinical decision support tools (including drug interaction and contraindication checking), and robust security and HIPAA/HITECH compliance features.
