INL/A requires, on an as needed basis, for a period of five (5) years an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved source/s to provide limited life cycle support (overhaul, repair, conversion, and/or modification) of DoS aircraft turbine engines listed on but not limited to SOW Table 2.1. The OEM approved source/s must have the capability to overhaul, repair, convert and modify engines to the most current OEM specifications to include but not limited to the following:
all applicable OEM production, repair and overhaul specifications all OEM Service Bulletins (SBs) all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transport Canada Airworthiness Directives (ADs) Department of the Army standards including Safety of Flight (SOF) messages, Aviation Safety Action Messages (ASAM), Aviation Maintenance Action Messages (AMAM), Maintenance Information Messages (MIM), Technical Bulletins (TB), Modification Work Orders (MWO), etc. Engine Model / Aircraft PW123E / DHC-8-315 PW150A / Q-400
