Notice of Intent to Sole Source under SAT

The Department of State intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis with AUTOLOGIC LLC. The proposed requirement is to upgrade hardware and software that is currently in use for the Process Integration system. The current system being maintained by Autologic LLC and this requirement is upgrades to the in-use hardware and software. The estimated value is $245,000. The anticipated award date is approximately 9/30/2024. The performance period is 6 months.
