Intent to Sole Source

The Department of State intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Siemens Industry Inc. The proposed requirement is to upgrade an existing building automation system and four associated panels. The current system being upgraded was manufactured and installed by Siemens Industry. The system is proprietary and therefore the upgrade is being solicited through Siemens Industry. The anticipated award date is approximately 3/10/2024.
