This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only as part of the U.S. Department of State (DOS) market research and does not constitute an RFP.

The purpose of this notice is to request information regarding the availability of capable firms to support the requirements of the U.S. Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), for Information System Security services (i.e., Cyber Security, Cloud Platform Security, Assessments & Authorization (A&), Information/Operations Security, Operational Technology Security (OT-Security), and Communication Security (COMSEC).

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this acquisition is 541511. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization’s name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization, Unique Entity ID, and Cage Code.

Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.

The government will not provide feedback or evaluations to companies regarding their submissions in response to this notice. See attached Draft Statement of Work for additional information.

Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this sources sought notice by 12 P.M. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
