195th Wing Leadership Symposium

195th Wing Leadership Symposium: Sources Sought Notice The 195th Wing of the California Air National Guard is in the early planning stages for its leadership symposium scheduled for January 2025. This multi-day event, lasting approximately three days, is a significant gathering for our organization. We are currently seeking potential sources/venues within Yuba, Sutter, Placer, or Sacramento County in Northern California.

Requirements:

Function Room: One (1) function room capable of accommodating up to 300 individuals.

Meeting Space: One (1) meeting space with a capacity for up to 120 individuals, set up in a classroom arrangement.

Smaller Meeting Spaces: Three (3) smaller meeting spaces, each with a capacity of up to 30 individuals, are also set up in a classroom arrangement.

Lodging Facilities: The venue must have a nearby lodging facility, preferably within walking distance or attached to the venue.

Vendor Information Requested: Company Name, Company address as registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, CAGE and UEI number, Business size: large or small business and, if applicable, socioeconomic category, e.g., small disabled, service-disabled veteran owned, women owned, and HubZone.

Venue Details: Provide a brief overview of your venue, including the available function room, meeting spaces, and setups.

Lodging Facilities: Describe the lodging facilities available in proximity to your venue. Other pertinent commercial and/or industry information relevant to this effort. This market research is aimed at identifying potential sources/venues and inputs from the industry.
