Supply of Magnet Griffeye Enterprise Licenses

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to Magnet Forensic, LLC of Roswell, Georgia for Magnet Griffeye Enterprise Licenses. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the ICE’s requirements and capabilities of Magnet Forensic, LLC, the Magnet Griffeye Enterprise Licenses. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for a quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
