Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Magnet Forensics

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), intends to solicit from a single-source under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Magnet Forensics LLC. for Magnet Axiom, Witness, and Cyber software. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities and proprietary nature of the contractor.

Interested parties may identify interest and capabilities regarding this requirement by submitting a capabilities statement by the date specified herein. The Government will consider all capability statements received by 12pm 6/17/2025. Please be advised that it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives your submission on or before the specified due date. Submissions shall be sent electronically to Bryan Ford, Bryan.J.Ford@ice.dhs.gov. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon the responses to this announcement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Marketing brochures and/or generic company literature will not be considered.
