Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) with Regula Forensics, Incorporated in Reston, VA for a photospectral scanner. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). The determination not to compete this proposed order is based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
