Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a) to ICONECTIV, LLC; 100 Somerset Corporate Blvd, Ste 5000. Bridgewater, New Jersey, 08807-2842 for Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform Port Lookup services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the source. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
