ANALYTICAL, TECHNICAL, LOGISTICAL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (ATLAS)

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is seeking to acquire the services of a qualified professional contracting business to support the entirety of its integrated international mission set and strategic goals.

The contractor should be capable of performing tasks in furtherance of the operational areas of HSI’s international mission, as well as the critical underlying and complementing management and programmatic support elements that ensure the most effective, efficient, and successful execution of operations and initiatives.

The contractor will be responsible for providing the personnel needed to conduct, supervise, and manage the comprehensive array of services required by HSI to execute its international operational mission and the critical corresponding elements that help manage and advance these operations.

The purpose of this Statement of Objectives (SOO) is to obtain information from businesses that demonstrates their ability to perform these activities and how they intend to implement support for HSI’s international objectives and underlying requirements.
