Residential Internet Service Provider & Landline Services

The Embassy of the United States of America, Jerusalem, invites you to submit a request for proposal for providing Residential Internet Service Provider (ISP) and landline services. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on August 27, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the US Embassy in Jerusalem located at 4 Hagalgal Street, Talpiot.

If your company is interested in attending the conference, you are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to JerusalemProcurement@state.gov no later than Monday, August 26,2024 at 13:00 (Jerusalem local time). Notice ID: 191S4024R0005. Submit your price and technical proposals electronically to JRSEmbProposals@state.gov on or before 2:00 PM on Monday, September 16, 2024, using “Solicitation # 191S4024R0005 Residential ISP& Landline Services” as the subject line. No proposals will be accepted after this time and date. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.

If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

3. Section 3. Solicitations Provisions.

4. Additional information as required in Section 5. Representations and Certificates.
