The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) San Salvador, is soliciting proposals for the procurement and delivery of ten (10) green dogs. The selected canines will be donated to the Government of El Salvador Canine Program for law enforcement purposes.
