INL/Haiti: Modular Prisons

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of designing, fabricating, and delivering 80 double-bunk stackable modular "SteelCell" detention units and four structural steel mezzanines for a high-security prison facility adjacent to Base Vertieres in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

July 31, 2026 Immediate Availability Required: Vendors must have "SteelCell" units already fabricated and warehoused, ready for immediate deployment upon award This is a Sources Sought notice only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
