INL/Honduras: Equipment and Installation Morgue Choluteca

The International Narcotics Affairs Section (INL - U.S. Embassy, Honduras) requires the purchase of the equipment and one-time installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in the Morgue of the Forensic Medicine Directorate in Choluteca, Choluteca, Honduras, as provided in the specifications attached.

The contractor shall provide all the air conditioning equipment, materials, tools, and any accessories that are not part of the systems but that are necessary to make the installation, labor, transportation, installation, travel of personnel, and testing that will be needed to supply and install the complete air conditioning and ventilation equipment and system as stated in this document, plans and annexes. Quotes MUST include the following to be considered compliant:

PRICE: unit and extended prices, inclusive of delivery charges in USD.

DELIVERY DATE: Proposed delivery date.

DESCRIPTION: Description of the item being quoted. Technical manuals and submittals for the proposed equipment must be provided. Quotation must demonstrate compliance with all required features. Include description of warranty terms.

PAST PERFORMANCE: A list of contracts within the last five (5) years for the provision and installation of Air Conditioning Equipment and Installation. The list shall include contact information (name, organization, email, and phone) and limited to no more than five (5) references.
